Delete your data
You can have your SCORZ account and personal data deleted at any time. Here is exactly how to ask, what gets removed, and what we are legally required to keep.
Last updated 6 October 2026
How to ask
Either way works, and both reach the same person.
- By email
- Write to scorzgames@gmail.com from the email on your account, or include your registered phone number. Subject: "Delete my data".
- At the counter
- Ask any staff member at SCORZ Kakinada. Bring the phone number you registered with.
We verify it is really your account before deleting anything — usually with a code sent to your registered WhatsApp number. That step protects you from someone else deleting your history.
How long it takes
We confirm within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. If anything has to be kept, we tell you which records and why.
What gets deleted
- your name, phone number, email and gamer tag;
- your account and its sign-in link to Google Firebase;
- your play history and station session records;
- your wallet balance and its transaction history;
- your tournament entries, and your name on the public leaderboard and champion wall.
Verification codes need no request: they are destroyed automatically five minutes after they are sent.
What we have to keep
Two things survive a deletion request, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise:
- Payment and tax records
- Indian tax law requires invoices and payment records to be retained for up to eight years. These are kept as financial records and are not used to contact or profile you.
- Tournament results already published
- Where a result has been publicly announced, we remove your name and replace it with "Player", rather than rewriting the result itself.
Everything else goes. Once deleted it cannot be recovered, and a new visit means starting a fresh account.
Stopping messages without deleting
If you only want the promotional WhatsApp messages to stop, you do not need to delete your account. Reply STOP to any promotional message, or tell us at the counter. Verification and unlock codes will still reach you, because those are sent only when you start a session.
